On the basis of the regulation on the protection of personal data (EU 2016/679), the so-called GDPR, we handle information in the following way:
Citizens of the Czech Republic
I register in the accommodation book the name, surname, date of birth, OP number, purpose and duration of stay, place of residence, with the self-employed person - IČ for the purpose of collecting local fees according to the generally binding decree, i.e. the fee for the holiday stay and the fee for the accommodation capacity.
Foreigners
I record the name, surname, date of birth, citizenship, place of residence, purpose of stay, travel document number, start and end of accommodation in the residence book. According to Act No. 222/2017 on the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic, I send this information by the prescribed deadline using an access account to the foreign police of the Czech Republic.
